Washington,IN — NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

TO THE OWNER OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:

By virtue of a certified copy of a Decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14C01-1005-MF-207 wherein German American Bancorp was Plaintiff, and Cory L. Craney was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of Aug., 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of said day, at the office of the Sheriff of Daviess County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 5 West, Daviess County, Indiana: Beginning at a point on the section line, 961.40 feet North of the Southeast corner of said quarter section, at the Northeast corner of a 1.020 acres tract, and running thence North 262.00 feet, to the Southeast corner of a 1.768 acres tract; thence along the south line of said 1.768 acres tract, North 86 degrees 46 minutes 59 seconds West (through an iron pin set at 25.22 feet) for a distance of 163.96 feet, to an iron pin set; thence South, parallel with the section line, for a distance of 271.20 feet, to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of said 1.020 acres tract; thence along the north line of said 1.020 acres tract East for 163.70 feet, to the point of beginning, containing 1.000 acres, more or less, EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parallel strip fifty (50) foot in width off of the North end thereof, leaving in the tract herein conveyed .815 acres, more or less.

Commonly known as 3793 N 1200 E, Loogootee, IN 47553.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
