By virtue of a certified copy of a decree directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Daviess County, Indiana, in Cause No. 14D01-0704-MF-059, wherein United States of America, acting through Rural Housing Services, its Successors and Assigns was the Plaintiff, and Geralyn T. Crowley, Deceased and Her Heirs-At-Law, Devisees, Legatees, Descendants, Personal Representatives, Executors, Trustees, and Administrators; Chris Crowley; Pat Young, and Indiana Housing Finance Authority were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sums as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on Aug. 18, 2010, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, at 101 N.E. 4th Street, Washington, IN 47501, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Daviess County, Indiana:
A part of Location 135 in Township 3 North, of Range 7 West, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of State Street which is 413 feet East of a point where the North line of State Street intersects the East line of South East 11th Street in the City of Washington, Indiana, running thence West 50 feet; thence North 134 feet to the south line of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad’s right of way; thence in a Northeasterly direction along the south line of said right of way to a point due North of the place of beginning, and thence south 151 feet to the place of beginning, being a parallel strip 50 feet wide from East to West and being a part of the property conveyed by Anna Swartz to Teresa A. Brewer, by deed dated October 3, 1905, and recorded in Deed Record 21, page 35 of the records of Daviess County, Indiana.
