Daviess County Historical Society recently donated a caboose to the White River Valley Antique Association. The caboose was transported to Elnora from the old museum site Tuesday. Daviess County Historical Society recently donated a caboose to the White River Valley Antique Association. The caboose was transported to Elnora from the old museum site Tuesday.

The caboose, which was built in Washington sometime in the mid to late 1920’s, will be refurbished and displayed next to the old Newberry depot at the Antique grounds in Elnora.

ND commencement is Friday evening
North Daviess High School will hold it commencement exercises at 7 p.m. Friday.
Following the processional led by North Daviess faculty and juniors Janice Knepp and Cari Jo Wilson, the voluntary invocation will be led by Chelsea Graber. Stacey Beard, class president, will then make welcoming and introductory remarks.
