Birth Certificate found 17 years later

Here’s a nominee for the greatest lost-and-found story ever.

This story starts with a former Washington woman, Linda Murray, walking into a framing shop in a Hendersonville, N.C., mall around 1992. Linda wanted to have her daughter’s birth certificate framed.

But she doesn’t pick it up.
