As a Daviess County jury was waiting in the jury room prior to be sworn in, defendant Mark Jones submitted a plea agreement to Superior Court Judge Dean Sobecki Tuesday morning.
Twelve jurors had been selected in all-day process on Monday and early Tuesday.
