SHOALS — Details in the case against a former Martin County jailer and an alleged affair with an inmate were released Wednesday.
In court documents obtained by the Times-Herald, former Jailer Mark G. Arvin, 47, Loogootee, allegedly took nude photographs of inmate Katrina Walker while working in the Martin County Security Center.
