1:07 p.m. - Tracy Williams, E. Main Street, reported a possible scam involving a group collecting money for families of fallen state police officers. The area code for the calls was a 317 area code.

Monday
5:36 p.m. - A caller reported a dog on SR 57N and CR 250N. The dog was caught, but a deputy was bit in the process. The deputy was treated and released from Daviess Community Hospital and the dog was put in quarrantine.
5:32 p.m. - A caller in Montgomery said a silver four-door compact car with flashers and an orange flag was driving around looking in mailboxes. A man and a woman were in the vehicle but couldnÕt be located by deputies.
4:51 p.m. - A caller reported a drive off worth $42.68 in Plainville. A four-door Honda SUV was seen leaving the scene.
1:27 p.m. - A female caller at 469N 350E reported dogs out on the loose on her property. The dogs were picked up and taken to a shelter.
