WASHINGTON —
Max and Donna McCandless of Winslow announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Shelly McCandless, to DeWayne Shake, son of Ron and Mary Shake of Washington.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Pike Central High School and studied music education at Oakland City University. She is currently working to finish her degree in business administration. She is employed at Home Building Savings Bank in Washington.
The future bridegroom is a 1996 graduate of Washington High School and a 1998 graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in broadcast sales/communications. He is employed at WAMW Radio in Washington.
The wedding will take place Saturday at First Christian Church in Washington.
Following a honeymoon trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple will reside at 100 E. Pearl Street in Washington.
