Miles Justin Krieger and Allison LeAnn Shafer were united in marriage June 13 at the Turning Pointe United Methodist Church, Evansville, with Rev. Chris Coney officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Tonya Shafer of Plainville, and the bridegroom is the son of Butch and Donna Krieger of Greenville.
Bethany Yake served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Emilee Shake, Heather Coffman and Kathy Herrmann.
Jeremy Krieger served as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Naville, Jeffery Riley and Chris Swisher. Ushers were Jeremy Nelson, Jared Nelson and Mike Hillyard.
Guestbook attendants were Grace Riley and Madeline Riley. Personal attendant was Angie Shake.
Miniature bridegrooms were Camden Yake, Bradley Krieger and Nolan Riley.
Dinner and dance reception immediately followed ceremony at the Acropolis Banquet Hall, Evansville.
Cake servers were Lee Smith, Debbie Parsons and Sarah Smith.
The couple honeymooned in the Mayan Rivieria, Mexico.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with bachelor’s degrees in nursing and in health services.
She is currently working on Master of Science in nursing at USI to become a family nurse practioner.
She works in the Neonatal Intensive Care at Saint Francis Medical Center, Cape Girardeau, Mo.
The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of USI with a bachelor’s degree in communications studies and in 2008 earned a master’s degree in public administration.
He is the head cross country coach at Southeast Missouri State University and advertisement sales and marketing associate for Lucas Oil Products.
They currently reside at 170 China Blue, Cape Girardeau, Mo.
