The United Way of Daviess County began its annual campaign with a successful Day of Caring service day Tuesday. After the 22 United Way agencies submitted their work needs, the United Way distributed the work to the volunteers, local company employees, townspeople and students. Some of their work was captured in photos. Here is Day of Caring 2009:
