COWAN, Tenn. — Wilfred Ray “Dick” McDowell, 48, died on Wednesday.
He is survived by five sons, Beau McDowell, Stevie Ray McDowell and Jeremy Partin, all of Cowan, and Chris Partin and Brandon Mitchell of Chattanooga, Tenn; daughter Felisha Partin of Chattanooga; 11 grandchildren; and two sisters, Denise Stovall of Harrison, Tenn., and Diana Caraway of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Moore Cartner Chapel. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens in Washington.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Chapel, Winchester, Tenn.
