JASPER — Joyce Ann Craney, 63, formerly of Cannelburg, passed away at 7 p.m. Monday at the Timbers of Jasper Nursing Home. Born Dec. 30, 1949, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of J. Howard and Martha (Arvin) Craney. She attended Rosemary Kennedy School in Washington and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church. She is survived by three sisters, Marsha Craney and Micky Craney, both of Indianapolis, and Janet (John) Toy of Jasper; two brothers, Richard Craney of Jasper, and Joseph (Carolyn) Craney of Creve Couer, Mo. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at All Saints Catholic Church in Cannelburg, with Rev. James Koressel as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery in Montgomery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
