NEWBERRY — Phillip D. Montgomery, 64, passed away peacefully at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from noon until the hour of service Saturday at the funeral home.
