MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Catherine Lannan, 91, formerly of Loogootee, died at 2:06 a.m. Friday at Virginia Highlands Health and Rehab Center in Germantown, Wis. Born May 11, 1921, in Loogootee, she was the daughter of Sidney and Mary Regina (Bullock) Spaulding. She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Heckler of Menomonee Falls; two grandchildren, Stephen Heckler of Franklin, Wis., and Beth Sundbom of Painsville, Ohio; and seven great-grandchildren. Her husband, Joseph Harold Lannan, whom she married July 1, 1939, died March 7, 1994. Along with her parents, eight brothers and seven sisters are also deceased. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Loogootee. Visitation is after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Brocksmith-Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee.
