FITZGERALD, Ga. — Marvin Sullivan, 66, formerly of Washington, passed away Monday at his residence. Born Sept. 28, 1946, in Washington, he was the son of Betty Jo (Raney) and William D. Sullivan. A 1964 graduate of Washington High School, he served in the U.S. Army. He was a retired locomotive engineer for CSX Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Sullivan; son, Marvin Sullivan Jr. of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Nicole Sullivan of Panama City, Fla.; stepdaughters, Andrea Gray of Bismark, N.D., and Crystal Sheeley of Washington; nine grandchildren; his mother, Betty Jo Sullivan of Washington; and a brother, Larry (Judy) Sullivan of Washington He is preceded in death by his father, William Sullivan, and a son, Parish Wayne Sullivan. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be made at Paulk Funeral in Fitzgerald, Ga.
