LOOGOOTEE — Constance “Connie” L. Hankins, 78, died at 9:10 a.m. Saturday at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Queen-Lee, Shoals, with visitation from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of service. Cremation will follow.
