WASHINGTON —
Linda S. Colbert, 67 of Washington, passed away at 9:47 a.m. Thursday in Evansville Select Hospital.
Born April 21, 1945 in Washington. She attended Washington High School and retired from Senior and Family Services as an attendant and home health caregiver.
She is survived by one daughter, Marleeta Apolinar of Washington; three grandchildren, Taleena Perkins, Tyeesha Jones and Mateo Apolinar; two great-grandchildren; Zenayra Morales and Ziomara Morales; one sister; Sondra Clark of Vincennes.
She is preceeded in death by her parents; her husband Morris Colbert; a daughter, Tina Colbert; and one brother Larry Strain.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Pete Aldrich officiating. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Garden.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday at the Mortuary.
