Lori Ann Butler, 41, of Washington, died Saturday.
Born April 1, 1968, in Washington, she was the daughter of Danny Ray and Carla (Hudson) Butler.
She was a 1986 graduate of Washington High School. She also graduated in 1995 from Mt. Carmel College as an licensed practical nurse. She was a member of the Washington Eagles Lodge.
She is survived by the love of her life, Terry Sidebottom of Washington; her mother, Carla Pruitt of Washington; and one half-sister, Wanda Fitzgerald of Washington.
She is preceded in death by her father, Danny Ray Butler.
The funeral will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will be at a later date.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
