Steven Ray “Batch” Batchelor, 42, of Washington, died at 5:19 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville.
Born Dec. 16, 1966, in Washington, he was the son of Earl and Bonnie (Evans) Batchelor.
A 1985 graduate of Washington High School, he was a farmer.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie (Evans) Batchelor of Washington; sisters and brother-in-law, Debbie Batchelor and Sharon and Steve Potts Sr., all of Washington; niece, Heather Lynn Ellis of Vincennes; and 17 cousins, all of Washington.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Batchelor, and grandparents, Ernest and Barbara Batchelor and Floyd and Mary Evans.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Gill Chapel. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
