LOOGOOTEE — Mable W. Ziegler, 91, died at 11 a.m. Saturday at her home.
Born May 30, 1918, in Rutherford Township in Martin County, she was the daughter of William and Phoebe (Hunt) Ziegler.
She was a member of Alfordsville Christian Church and had retired from Loogootee Textile.
She is survived by one brother, John Ziegler of Jasper; one sister, Lillian Souerdyke of Loogootee; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Raymond Ziegler; and three sisters, Sophie Street, Mary Lovanda and Eldena Ziegler.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Brocksmith Funeral Home. Burial will be in South Martin Cemetery.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
