Rachel JaNiece Branum
Rachel JaNiece Branum, 40, of Washington, died Saturday at her residence.
Born March 16, 1969, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Lawrence A. and Evelyn J. (Bradfield) Dillon.
She was a recorder for the Pike County Circuit Court.
She is survived by brothers, Larry A. Dillon of Petersburg, and Jeffery K. Dillon of Washington; a sister and brother-in-law, Stacy and John Birk of Washington; nephews, Nick and Tony Birk and Aaron and Darin Dillon; nieces, Carrie Dillon and Leslie Dillon; and her beloved dogs, Abby and T-Bone.
Her husband, David A. Branum, died Sept. 6, 2009.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, with Rev. Danny Gilley officiating. Burial will be in Twin Oaks Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Helen B. Williams, 102, of Washington, went home to be with the Lord at 3:18 a.m. Sunday at Washington Nursing Center. Born Dec. 20, 1907, she was the daughter of William and Maude (Koontz) Miles.
