WASHINGTON — Hazel Louise (Cox) Keiller, 64, of Washington, died at 1:16 p.m. Friday at Daviess Community Hospital. Born Dec. 30, 1947, in Washington, she was the daughter of Hazel VanWinkle. She attended Washington schools and retired from Perdue October 2011. She attended Word of Life Christian Church in Bicknell. She is survived by two sons, Roger Arlie (Magan A.) Cox Jr. of Washington, and Larry Wayne (Joan) Cox of Vincennes; three daughters, Rebecca Lynn Cox, Sheila Renee Ott and Jamie Lynn Keiller, all of Washington; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother and two brothers, Terry and Steve VanWinkle. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Gill Chapel, with Pastor John Morland officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
