Robert S. Johnson II, 36, of Washington, died at 5:03 a.m. Saturday at Daviess Community Hospital.
Born Oct. 22, 1973, in Knox County, he was the son of Robert S. Johnson and Brenda Sue (Gist) Stewart.
He was employed as a QMA at Willow Creek Nursing Center.
He is survived by his wife, Desiree (Seng) Johnson, whom he married Feb. 29, 2004; a stepson, Seboshan Devine and son, Tristan Johnson, both of Washington; his father, Robert S. Johnson of Winslow; his mother, Brenda Sue Stewart of Washington; brothers, Rodney S. Johnson of Washington, Mike Shartzer of Branchville, and David Shartzer of Washington.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl Ray Gist and Opal K. Gist and Columbus Johnson and Celia Ann Johnson.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Poindexter-Hall and McClure Funeral Home, Washington Chapel, with Rev. Joe Carter officiating.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
