Newborn Adalynn Grace Hayden died at 4:47 p.m. Thursday at Daviess Community Hospital.
Born March 11, 2010, in Washington, she was the daughter of Amber Gray Breeden and Shane Hayden.
She is survived by two sisters, Hailey and Paige Fields; one brother, Brayden Hayden; maternal grandparents, Martha Gee and Tracy Gray; maternal great-grandparents, Shirley Ross, Gary Gray and Mickey Swanigan; paternal grandparents, Jana Haviland and Jack and Sheri Hayden; and paternal great-grandparents, Rich and Sue Doak.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gill Chapel, with Rev. Pete Aldrich officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery.
Visitation is after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
