MONTGOMERY — Sylvia Wittmer, 78, died at 9:16 p.m. Monday at her home. Born Nov. 13, 1934, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of Noah and Rosa (Wagler) Wittmer. She was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She is survived by six brothers, Lester Wittmer, Harold and wife Pauline Wittmer, Enos and wife Barbara Wittmer, Leroy and wife Anna Mae Wittmer, all of Montgomery, Richard and wife Lydia Ann Wittmer of Loogootee, and Melvin and wife Maris Wittmer of Odon; one sister, Alta and husband Larry Knepp of Montgomery; and one brother-in-law, Amos and wife Delila Kemp of Loogootee. She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Arthur and Vernon Wittmer; two sisters, Pauline Wittmer and Naomi Kemp; and one sister-in-law, Anna Catherine Wittmer. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Produce Building (across from Dinky’s). Burial will be in Stoll’s Cemetery. Visitation is until the hour of service Thursday at the Produce Building. Arrangements are being made through Brocksmith-Blake and Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery.

Born Dec. 3, 1947 in Montgomery, he was the son of Virgil and Mary (Yates) Foster. He graduated from Alfordsville High School in 1965.
Mary Fay Willis, 85, of Washington, died at 4:25 a.m. Wednesday at Eastgate Manor. Born July 24, 1927, in Vincennes, she was the daughter of Farris and Chrystal (Lamb) Wise.
Paisley Ann Morgan, two weeks old, of Washington, passed away at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. Born April 30, 2013, in Newburgh, she was the daughter of Ryan and Brittany (Babrick) Morgan.

Mildred “Millie” (Mahan) Beck, 87, of Washington, passed away peacefully at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday with her family by her side at Daviess Community Hospital.
Shirley J. Ausbrook passed away Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. Shirley was born on Feb. 3, 1939, in Clay City, Ill., to Leo and Vida E. Murbarger.
Cathy Lynn Gould, 62 of Washington, died at 11:47 a.m. Friday at her residence. She was the daughter of Hugh O. and Phyllis (Madden) McLemore, and lived in Washington nearly all her life.
Frank Price, 77, of Washington, died at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday at Hillside Manor. Born June 29, 1935, in Loogootee, he was the son of Agatha (Spaulding) and Francis Price Sr.
Eileen Cole, 86, died at 9:57 a.m. Monday at the Loogootee Nursing Center. Born Sept. 19, 1926, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of Frank and Connie (Jackman) Swickard.
