WASHINGTON — Dr. Rev. Charles C. Baxter Sr., 85, of Washington, died at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at Amber Manor Nursing Home, Petersburg. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, Petersburg, with Dr. Rev. Charles C. Baxter officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hills Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
