WASHINGTON — Tina “Maxine” Hert, 66, of Washington, passed away on Friday. She was born in Washington to the late Joseph and Tina Edwards. She was formerly employed by American Plastics, Uniroyal Rubber, and most recently 28 years at Four Rivers Rehabilitation. She was also active in the Women’s Group Home in Petersburg and was a member of the Antioch Christian Church. Survivors include one son, Larry Dean and his wife Tammy Hert ; two grandchildren, Keegan and Simon Richard Cole Hert; and one brother, Shannon Edwards.
