Fox inks with Purdue to carry on volleyball career

MONTGOMERY — Before Barr-Reeve’s Hilliary Fox chose the college where she was going to continue her athletic career, she had to make a different choice — which sport did she want to play after high school.

Last fall Fox, a standout for the Lady Vikings in both volleyball and basketball, chose the former and committed to Purdue, and she made that commitment official by signing a national letter of intent on Wednesday to continue her volleyball career for the Boilermakers of coach Dave Shondell.
