WASHINGTON — Tara (Hunt) Fuhs and Ryan Lengacher were united in marriage April 22 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, at the Sandals Grand Riviera Resort. The bride is the daughter of John and Sue Hunt of Loogootee and the granddaughter of the late Russell and Lucille Hunt and the late Alfred and Mildred Inman. She graduated from Loogootee High School in 1996, Oakland City University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and from Olivet Nazarene College in 2006 with a master’s degree in education. She is currently employed by Loogootee School Corporation. The bridegroom is the son of Bob and Linda Lengacher of Montgomery. His grandparents are Glenn and Verda Lengacher of Montgomery and Jerome and Esther Gingerich of Odon. He graduated from Barr-Reeve High School in 2002, Vincennes University in 2004 with an associate’s degree in architectural studies/CAD and from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in construction technology. He is currently employed by SAIC. A reception will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at Whitfield Hall in Loogootee. All family and friends are welcome.
