WASHINGTON — Keith and Olga Ellis of Washington announce the marriage of their daughter, Julia Ellis, to Greg Masenthin, son of Shellie and Gregg Masenthin of Kansas City, Kan. The bride, a graduate of Washington Catholic High School and Indiana University, is the granddaughter of Nelda Ellis of Washington and the late Fred Ellis. The bridegroom is a graduate of Kansas University. The couple met and reside in Chicago. They were wed Sept. 23 on a Caribbean beach in Manzanillo, Costa Rica. The ceremony and reception were an intimate family affair, with out-of-town guests from Chicago, Brooklyn, N.Y., Kansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Guacimo, Limon, Tibas, San Jose, Calle Blancos, Santa Cruz, Guanacaste and Ciudad Quesada, San Carlos.
