North Daviess football coach Scott Helms said he wanted to
limit Colton Lengacher’s time on both sides of the ball, and as it turned out it didn’t matter.

when he’s out there.”
After losing their last three games, all on the road since their 34-28
season opening win against Princeton; the Cougars will now head home
for two games at Cougar Valley against Linton and Wood Memorial.
“The kids were already hungry coming off two tough losses, that was
clear in the first quarter,” Helms said. “We are sitting here with a
football team that’s 2-3 and we’re two plays away from being 4-1. If
