LOOGOOTEE — CITY REPORT

Tuesday

2:09 p.m. — Edith Kavanaugh, 1000 S. Meridian St., Apt. 10, advised a bike belonging to Travis Dunn was taken from her residence by a male subject and not returned.

1:23 p.m. — Randy Bennington, 401 E. Hefron St., reported his moped was taken Thursday night.

12:22 p.m. — A female caller advised a red bike had been laying in the vacant lot across from 415 E. Pearl St. for two days. A red, 26-inch Murray bike was picked up and placed in the bike room.

9:49 a.m. — Jeremie Solterman advised a 10/22 semi-automatic Ruger rifle and some fishing poles were missing from 303 W. Main St.

Monday

10:22 p.m. — An employee of Circle K, 401 E. Nat’l Hwy., reported the drive-off theft of $10 in gas by someone in a small, red, sporty car last seen southbound on SR 57.

10:05 p.m. — Chris Spradlin, 712 W. VanTrees St., saw a subject run through the yard and found a damaged window. Extra patrol was requested.

6:55 p.m. — Linda Trayweek, 901 W. Main St., reported an Acer tablet was stolen from her residence.

ARRESTS

Nikki R. Mandabach, 27, Jasper, was arrested Tuesday by city police for operating a vehicle while intoxicated/refusal and OVWI endangering a person. She was held at Daviess County Security Center on $4,000 bond.

Tonya Lynn Hitt, 28, Monroe City, was arrested by city police Monday for driving while suspended/prior and false informing.

She was held on $4,000 bond.

Monday

5:05 p.m. — An accident was reported on SR 150 near Singing Hill. Deputies Keller and Baker responded, and Shoals Fire Department provided traffic control.

7:20 a.m. — Dispatch received a call about a car hitting a tree on Peggy Hollow Road. Chief Deputy Dant responded.

Sunday

10:41 p.m. — An accident was reported on SR 50 near Pomps Tire. Deputy Greene and Civil Defense responded.

2:07 p.m. — A fire was reported in the cardboard baler at Ruler in Loogootee. Loogootee Fire Department was dispatched, and Martin County Civil Defense was contacted.

Saturday

3:58 p.m. — A residential break-in was reported at Shaded Estates. The call was given to Loogootee Police Department.

9:08 a.m. — Dispatch received a call about a pop machine being broken into in Loogootee. LPD was contacted.

Thursday

5:25 p.m. — A house fire was reported on Burns Lane. Martin County Ambulance, Lost River Volunteer Fire Department, Martin County Civil Defense and Orange County Fire Department responded.
