Monday
2:01 p.m. — Brandy Ellenhaus, 404 W. Viola Ave., reported a fire behind her dryer. Washington Fire Department was on the scene until 2:19 p.m.
12:42 p.m. — Joe Privot, 520 SE Second St., found a Play Station II and games in a bag and asked other tenants in his building if it belonged to them or their grandkids, and no one claimed it. An officer picked it up.
Saturday
10:55 p.m. — Sandy Stader, 14 Edwardsport Road, advised someone keyed her 2011 Cadillac SRX on the driver side door and entire back lift gate. She named a possible suspect.
10:47 p.m. — Brittany Westfall, 1203 McCormick Ave., reported someone threw a concrete block through her garage window.
COUNTY REPORT
Monday
4:30 p.m. — Elnora Town Marshal Ron Hooker stopped two juveniles on dirt bikes and one on an ATV on CR 150E between CRs 1400N and 1500N. None were licensed, and some of the vehicles weren’t registered. The juveniles parents picked up them and the vehicles.
4:18 p.m. — Steve Gaither reported a field fire at the old bed south of the levee. Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department was on the scene until 5:32 p.m.
2:33 p.m. — Debra Chestnut, Greene County, was on station to talk to a deputy about bad checks and a notice to quit on a property in Odon.
Sunday
8:05 p.m. — Shawn Ault, Plainville, reported someone broke into their apartment and stole rent money and possibly his wife’s cell phone. An offense report was made.
1:49 p.m. — Brandon Colvin reported a stop sign was down at CRs 575E and 200N.
1:10 a.m. — Washington Police Department requested assistance transporting two females from a fight at the Angle Inn.
ARRESTS
Antonio DeJesus Morales Ramires, 23, Washington, was arrested by city police Sunday for public intoxication after a female caller reported an intoxicated male who wouldn’t leave her residence. He was being held at Daviess County Security Center on $2,000 bond.
Christy Rochelle Murray, 19, Washington, and Kelsey LaRaye Lyles, 19, of Vincennes, were arrested by city police for battery and disorderly conduct following a fight outside the Angle Inn at 1 a.m. Sunday. In the same incident, Alice Kay Clark, 25, and Michelle Thomasina Smith, 24, both of Washington, were arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Murray was being held without bond; Clark and Lyles were released on $2,000 bond; and Smith was released on $4,000 bond.
Alicia Orchard, 33, Washington, was arrested Sunday by city police for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and invasion of privacy. She was being held on $10,000 bond.
Martin Garcia Santos was arrested Saturday by city police for operating a vehicle when never receiving a license after a 3:31 p.m. traffic stop at Mason’s Drive-In. He was being held on $10,000 bond.
Jarret Daniel Whitehead, 25, Washington, was arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant for petition to revoke a suspended sentence. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Amber Dawn Leonard, 29, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for possession of a syringe and possession of a controlled substance. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Jennifer Rose Drake, 30, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday on two counts of battery, residential entry, criminal trespass and escape. She was being held on $100,000 bond.
Mason Tyler Scott Dixon, 19, Washington, was arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies for illegal possession of alcohol. He was released on $2,000 bond.
