Madeline Schnarr

WASHINGTON —

EVANSVILLE — Madeline Schnarr, 88, formerly of Washington, died Thursday at Brentwood Nursing Center in Evansville.

Born Nov. 4, 1924, in Daviess County, she was the daughter of Robert W. and Leona (Kordel) Cox.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Kent Schnarr of Washington and Gary Schnarr of Evansville; and a sister, Linda Blackwell of Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Evangeline Jackson.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Poindexter-McClure Funeral Home, Washington Chapel, Rev. Wayne Neely officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove/Reed Township Cemetery.

Visitation is after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
