Police Report

WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Monday

8:05 a.m. - Pat Brigges, 15 Sundale Trailer Court, said her husband¹s truck was broken into and a muzzleloader rifle was stolen. An investigation is ongoing.

COUNTY REPORT

Sunday

6:46 p.m. - A male caller said gas was siphoned out of his truck while parked at Antioch Christian Church, 3007E U.S. 50. The gas door to the vehicle was damaged.

11:10 a.m. - A female caller at 556E 150N reported the theft of some items.

A report was made.

4:32 a.m. - A caller said a car stopped near Casey¹s in Odon had a male run out of it. A person awas taken to Daviess Community Hospital and then to the security center.

4:09 a.m. - A caller said a horse and buggy parked on Spring Street in Odon was playing loud music. The music was turned down and the buggy went west on Main Street.

COUNTY ACCIDENT

Saturday

1:39 p.m. - Kayala M. Stedman, 22, Elnora, was driving a 1998 Ford F-150 truck west on Old U.S. 50 when a 2011 Dodge Dakota driven by Thomas L. Bond, 60, 1016 N.W. 16th did not yield the intersectin at CR 150W and hit Stedman.

No injuries were reported and damage was estimated between $2,500 and $5,000.

ARRESTS

Ryan Stoll, 23, Montgomery, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff¹s deputies Friday for auto theft. He was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $2,500 bond.

Angela Dawn Allbright, 42, Washington, was arrested by city police Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a Schedule III substance, possession of a Schedule IV substance, possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering a person. She was being held on $11,000 bond.

Darrell Leon Graber, 38, Loogootee, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. He was released on $4,500 bond.

Andres Lopez Serrano, 28, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a .15 BAC and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was being held on $4,000 bond.

Colt M. McDaniel, 18, Bloomfield, was arrested by city police Monday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and maintaining a common nuisance. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Nathon Anthony Hoffman, 26, Washington, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a .18 BAC, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 30 grams, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. He was released on $8,000 bond.

Genaro Revolorio, 28, Washington, was arrested by city police Saturday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a .15 BAC, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Lucas James Norman Cunningham, 20, Odon, was arrested by city police Sunday for possession of a handgun without a license, reckless possession of paraphernalia, obstruction of justice and maintaining a common nuisance. He was being held without bond.

Kenneth Kieffer Fielder, 18, Bloomfield, was arrested by city police Sunday for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and visiting a common nuisance. He was relased on $6,000 bond.

David E. Hammock, 39, Winslow, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Sunday for criminal trespassing and public intoxication. He was released on $4,000 bond.

Christopher Charles Archer, 33, Washington, was arrested by city police Sunday for unlawful possession of a syringe. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Timothy Robert Strickland, 28, Bloomfield, was arrested by sheriff¹s deputies Sunday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement in a vehicle. He was being held without bond.
