Police Report

WASHINGTON —

CITY REPORT

Tuesday

2:50 p.m. – Candice Freeburn, 1406 Vincennes Ave., reported someone broke into her residence, but nothing appeared to be missing.

9:57 a.m. – Michael Garland, 912 Brett Cable Rd., advised someone tampered with and took his mail.

7:49 a.m. – An employee of Chuckles, 201 N.E. Fifth St., requested an officer pick up a video of a male subject stealing lottery tickets on Sunday. The subject in the video was identified, and officers went to talk to him.

Monday

7:41 p.m. – Chris Spradlin, 712 W. VanTrees St., reported three male subjects around his house. There were signs they’d been inside the residence, but nothing was reported missing.

9:01 a.m. – Nikki Krodel advised that $100 was taken from her purse Friday while she worked at Head Start, 2103 Cosby Rd. She had informed her supervisor, who told her to contact the police department.

COUNTY REPORT

Monday

6:59 p.m. – A tire was reported on SR 57S, south of CR 450S, and an officer removed it.

6:27 p.m. – An officer was dispatched to a car/deer accident on CR 450S west of Troy Road. A field report was written.

3:43 p.m. – A caller reported a theft at 106N 200E. Four tires and rims and two doors off a Kubota were taken during the weekend. An officer spoke with the complainant and obtained a video of the incident. An offense report was written.

ARRESTS

David Joseph Mandabach, 39, Washington, was arrested by city police Monday for possession a Schedule II controlled substance and reckless possession of paraphernalia. He was released from the Daviess County Security Center on $4,500 bond.

Amber Dawn Hayden, 28, Washington, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies Monday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for burglary and a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for possession a precursor within 1,000 feet. She was being held on $500,000 bond.

Terri Lynn Campbell, 41, Washington, was arrested by state police Monday on a warrant for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person; reckless driving; failure to stop after accident resulting in non-vehicle damage; and false informing. She was released on $5,000 bond.
