PETERSBURG — William H. “Bill” Scales, 74, died at 9:15 a.m. Sunday at Golden Living Center. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home, Petersburg, with Rev. Larry Barr officiating. Burial will be Wilson Creek Cemetery, Monroe City. Visitation is after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
