WASHINGTON — CITY REPORT

Tuesday

12:11 p.m. - Officers were asked to assist on a runaway fugitive on Clark and Cosby roads. The fugitive, Christopher Russell, was later apprehended on multiple warrants and a pending domestic violence charges.

CITY ACCIDENT

Sunday

3:02 a.m. - Ethan Emmons, 18, 1300 E. Nat¹l Hwy., was driving a 1996 Ford Explorer east on E. National Hwy., when a speeding 1992 Buick Century driven by Charles Davis, 22, 111 Sundale Trailer Court, clipped the vehicle from behind, drove into an embankment and continued east. Davis left the scene and was later apprehended at home for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of the accident. Damage was estimated between $1,000 and $2,500.

COUNTY REPORT

Monday

9:20 p.m. - A caller on CR 150N reported seeing "strange lights in the sky," due to a possible spotlight. Deputies talked with the complainant. No other actions were taken.

7:36 a.m. - A caller reported a vehicle in a ditch on SR 57 north of the Gil Hodges Bridge. The vehicle had a flat tire and was repaired.

11:43 a.m. - A caller reported possible drug paraphernalia on CR 300W. A deputy checked the items.

ARRESTS

Pamula Kinser, 52, Indianapolis, was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff¹s deputies Sunday on a warrant for non-support of a child. She was being held at the Daviess County Security Center on $7,500 bond.

Kyle Babrick, 28, Washington, was arrested by city police Monday on a warrant for invasion of privacy. He was released on $10,000 bond.

Jeremy Bean, 38, Washington, was arrested by city police Monday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and resisting law enforcement. He was being held on $8,500 bond.

Roy Dixon, 19, Elnora, was arrested by deputes Monday on a warrant for battery resulting in bodily injury. He was being held on $7,500 bond.

Jason Hammock, 37, Petersburg, was arrested by city police Monday on a Pike County warrant. He was being held without bond.

Kristina McClellan, 32, Petersburg, was arrested by deputies Monday on a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for unlawful possession or use of a legend drug. She was released on $5,000 bond.
