Plainville man arrested for arson

ELNORA — State officers served an arrest warrant on a Plainville man Tuesday for arson, a class B felony.

Justin Fraley, 26, was served the warrant by the Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office and the Indiana State Police while in the Pike County Jail on burglary and theft charges. Fraley is also being held awaiting charges in Daviess, Dubois and Martin counties.

Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office fire investigators determined a Dec. 2, 2011, fire at 4096 W. SR 56 in Jasper that left a mobile home severely damaged was intentionally set. There were children in the home at the time. An investigation conducted by the fire marshal’s office and the Indiana State Police resulted in Fraley’s arrest.  

Due to pending legal action, no more details were released.

The Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office is a division of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
