Alice Lannan

WASHINGTON — Alice B. Lannan, 76, of Washington, died Monday in Indianapolis.

Born Dec. 20, 1936, in Washington, she was the daughter of Jim and Mae (Evans) Devine.

A homemaker, she was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Daniel P. Lannan, whom she married June 25, 1955; three children and their spouses, Lisa and Rory Lee, Lori and Scott Chattin, and Daniel and Laura Lannan; grandchildren, Misty and Tony Goble, Abby and Jay Hale, Trent Chattin, Brogan Lee, Madison Lee and Luke Lannan; great-grandchildren, Alice Ann Goble, Jaxon Daniel Hale, Jonah Joseph Hale and Hudson Scott Goble; and sisters, Helen Streepy and Dorothy Harker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Mae Devine; brothers, Gene, Tom and Joe Devine; a sister, Wilma Arthur; and a great-grandchild, Gavin Anthony Goble.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Gill Chapel, with Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will be in Sugarland Memory Gardens.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
