10:43 p.m. - An employee of Daviess Community Hospital said a male patient was in its ER with a gunshot wound to his hand. The wound was minor and was an accidental shooting.
4:34 p.m. - A caller reported a car on fire on CRs 50W and 600S. Veale Township Volunteer firefighters were called and were at the scene until 6:59 p.m.
9:44 a.m. - A county highway department employee said 80 gallons of fuel was taken from a road grader that was parked at K&K Industries, 8518E 550N, the night before. A report was made and extra patrol was given.
