WASHINGTON — Infant Kaleb Neal Padgett-Shumaker of Washington was born and died on Tuesday at Daviess Community Hospital. Family members include his parents, Caleb Shumaker and Kourtney Padgett of Washington; maternal grandparents, Chastity Wilcox of Washington and the late Neil Padgett; paternal grandmother, Debbie Shull and husband Phil of Washington; maternal great-grandmother, Sue Shick of rural Sumner; paternal great-grandmother, Nellie Shumaker of Indianapolis; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bluff Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a monument for Kaleb through the funeral home.
