Anti-Drug poster selection

WASHINGTON —

A plethora of Daviess County law enforcement officials, including (from left) Judge Greg Smith, Prosecutors Byron Overton and Dan Murrie, police Chief Mike Healy and Judge Dean Sobecki, judge entries for the anti-drug poster contest. The entries came from all of the county elementary schools and junior highs. The grand prize winner will be on a billboard and on the cover of the 2013 calendar and will receive a Kindle Fire. First- and second-place winners will receive Kindles and the third-place winner will receive a gift card from Walmart. The posters had to convey an anti-drug and/or anti-alcohol message.
