WASHINGTON —
PETERSBURG — Billie G. Hartley, 81, died at 10:45 p.m. Thursday at his home.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Harris Funeral Home, Rev. Paul Newton officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery in Bowman.
Visitation is after 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
